1. Understanding the human story
The first step of our process begins with the understanding of the human story behind the challenge. Who are we helping? What is the best case scenario for your needs? When and how should the solution be implemented to have a maximum impact? We address these questions as we get a first hand account of your needs and expertise.
2. Bringing our proprietary assessments into equation
The next step of our process focuses on adding quantitative and qualitative data to the equation. We use our proprietary assessment modules to gauge the readiness, maturity and impactfulness. We strongly believe that the main expert in the room is you as you understand your needs and people the best. And that's why we focus on complementing your experience with our insights at this stage to propose best-fit solutions for your needs.
3. Adapting through our design tenet
Solutions only work when people can get the most out of them. In this step of the process, we design our solutions to adapt to your organization and major stakeholders. We use our core design tenet People Centered Design to adapt our solution for maximum ease-of-use, and low time-to-insight.
4. Building a viable solution
At this stage, we build a proof of concept (PoC) or a minimum viable product (MVP) depending on your needs. We like to spend more time building a robust PoC/MVP so we can give you a full picture of the proposed solution.
5. Improvements through your feedback & testing
We need your feedback to improve the solution to fit your exact needs. Often, we will create a solution that goes beyond solving your core issue. Or, based on the test product, you may find that a change in a design element or adding a new feature would be more beneficial for your needs. Or your new needs, as you are finding the usefulness of the solution. We encourage that! And, we rapidly implement these changes while collaborating with you.
6. Keep innovating
After the product has been deployed for usage, we will keep evaluating and monitoring the solution. Often the lessons from these evaluations will create new opportunities for your organization. Whether it's a standalone solution or a long term project, we will end the process with equipping your team with our decision & innovation solution(s) so you can keep innovating.
