The full approach, in six stages

  • Small and mid-sized companies and public bodies: tour operators, transport and hospitality in Iceland, manufacturers and platforms in Europe, and donor-funded programmes like Sierra Leone’s tourism investment campaign.

  • Desh and Atul, the founders, with senior people we have worked with for years. The people on the first call are the people who build it.

  • No. We start with what you already run (Bókun, your accounting system, a CRM, spreadsheets) and only add tools where they earn their place.

  • We document and train, then stay available for changes. Many clients keep us on for the next question once the first one is answered.
