Careers

Build with us.

We’re a small team of data scientists and engineers in Reykjavík, working with clients across Europe, North America and West Africa.

No open roles right now.

We’re not hiring for a specific position at the moment, but we’re always glad to hear from people who love data and software. When a role opens up, you’ll find it here.

How we work

People first

Data informed, decision driven, people centred. We start every project with the people who’ll use it.

Ship real things

Small team, real ownership. What you build goes into production for real clients, not a slide deck.

Learn out loud

We write about what we learn on our blog and in our research hub, and teach it in workshops.

Doing Gott

Part of our time goes to social impact: open research and projects with local partners in developing countries.
