Overview
A back-office tool for the small team running Marketing OS, the platform that turns real-estate listings into rendered video tours. It lives at /internal/admin behind an admin role. It isn't the customer product; it's what keeps the customer product running.
Access control
- Three roles (superadmin, support, developer) governed by a single permission matrix.
- Firebase custom claims in production; write actions blocked for read-only roles.
- Every privileged action is recorded in an append-only audit log.
What's inside
- Command Center: one screen for system health, plus third-party API health monitoring.
- Worker metrics across nine worker types, and auto-scaling configuration.
- Job queue with filters and bulk actions; a job inspector with timelines, per-shot API calls, logs, and retry / cancel / force-render.
- Cost tracking against a monthly budget, broken down by service and customer, with a budget-check cron.
- Customer and editor accounts: credit adjustments, impersonation, deactivation, analytics, early access, and feedback.
- Pipeline config, templates, alerts, error logs, and subscription tiers ($149–$999/mo).
